I spend maintaining and servicing my car each year?". Then, ask
yourself, "How much money do I spend maintaining my mind and
body each year?". For the majority of people, the money spent to maintain a car massively outweighs the money spent on ones own mind and body, the most fundamental thing we have for life. Our health challenge is therefore to;

| 1) We can all have a great life, it is not
reserved just for other people! Our belief is that people can live themselves well. We believe in the use of both conventional and alternative practises. We believe in great diet. Our strategy is to;

| 2) We have to wake up to our personal
responsibility We are now faced with a generation that is eventually waking up to their own personal responsibilty for their health & well-being. In the USA, the lack of state-sponsored healthcare means that people must take accountability for their own health and well-being and people are becoming desperate not to be ill as it is so expensive. This has led to a major surge in the need for self-help and maintenance over the last few years, with a major introduction of alternative practises sitting more comfortably alongside conventional. |

| 3) We have to educate ourselves and our
families In the UK, the population is by and large lazy and sceptical with respect to self-maintenance. As we still have a good, free at point of need health service, people rely on it for their health care needs and do not see the need for taking personal responsibility. It is always going to be someone else's fault. We recognise that we need to educate the market, Europe needs to wake up. At Vitalia Health, we intend to play a big part in this awakening, and with more and more become a creator and sponsor of educational materials and charitable programmes. |

| 4) Alternative Health, Conventional
Medicine and Technology CAN sit comfortably together, they don't
have to oppose each other. Conventional medicine has done a great job in "convincing" people that they can abuse themselves and then take some sort of medication to make any necessary fix. Alternative Health meanwhile has at the same time been largely portrayed as unproven "mumbo-jumbo", unhealthy to persue with participants being described as cranks. In the opposite direction, many Alternative Health practitioners are scathing about conventional medicine and warn very loudly about the dangers of the domineering pharmaceutical companies. However, both positions above are not entirely correct or truthful. Conventional medicine for major remedial work is fantastic, but is it entirely necessary for every small ache or pain? Some alternative health practises, e.g. acupuncture have been ridiculed in the past but are now widespread, and can be shown to have their effectiveness proved by science. At Vitalia Health, we believe that Conventional Medicine, Alternative Health and Technology do not have to compete with each other but can be used together with great effect and provide the bedrock for optimum self-maintenance. |

| 5) Mental Health and the Mind/Body
Connection A great life is being healthy both physically and mentally. The most important organ in the body is the brain. We do so very little to positively maintain this organ where it is the key for a happy and healthy life. Good mental health is crucial for a great life. You can use your brain much more than you think. The brain can influence greatly your health, well-being, prosperity etc. The connection between mind and body is a fundamental on which we at Vitalia Health are trying to educate. Our brain works subconsciously for 99.9% of the time, controlling all our bodily functions from our breathing, muscle control, immune systems etc but by changing deep rooted subconscious thinking, we can maintain our brains and make changes that will positively affect our lives. |

| 6) The Virtuous Circle At Vitalia Health, we believe in the positiveness of stimulating the virtuous circle. To do this, we run an extensive charitable programme which donates many thousands of products to people in need, especially in areas where people are in distress, whether it be bereavement, cancer or times when forgiveness is needed. | Vitalia Health was founded in 2002 (initially as
Life & Leisure Limited) and is privately owned. The company is
based in the beautiful town of Marlow in Buckinghamshire. Marlow is
on the River Thames as it flows between Henley in Oxfordshire down
towards London, 30 miles away. Vitalia Health works intensively with professionals in both the conventional medical and alternative healthcare fields. We provide information and education to these professionals who are the guides and educators to the larger population.
